We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Experienced Residential Service Technician

Trifecta Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for Experienced Residential Service Technicians.

• Must be able to pass a drug test your first day and a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license a must with a good driving record
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC Experience

Required Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair all aspects of HVAC systems (airflow, mechanical, design); utilizing a company vehicle; maintain existing client relationships with strong communication and customer service skills; educate clients on their system and complete system requirements; identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems; perform warranty calls; on-call rotations.

Qualifications: EPA certification; NATE certification is a plus; analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven; ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image at all times.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Work is performed in residential properties including the attic, garage, crawl space, and roof—moderate physical effort required, including standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time.

Experienced Residential Installation Technician

Trifecta Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for Experienced Residential Installation Technicians.

• Must be able to pass a drug test your first day and a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license a must with a good driving record
• 2 years previous HVAC Installation Experience

Required Job Responsibilities: Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC systems; working knowledge of city codes; design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency; maintain rapport with customers by communicating details or work being performed and educate on use of new system; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external); responsible for training installation technicians on the job; ability to work overtime and on weekends.

Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude; knowledge and ability of using tools specific to the HVAC trade; ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather; ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; integrity and ability to promote a positive company image; provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite; ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis; results-driven attitude in a high-energy environment; attention to detail. Must be able to follow directions from Lead and work independently.

Residential Installation Apprentice

Trifecta Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for Residential Installation Apprentices.

• Must be able to pass a drug test your first day and a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license a must with a satisfactory driving record
• No previous residential HVAC experience is necessary. Although having some experience is a plus! We hire on attitude train for skill.

Job Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems; serve existing accounts by analyzing and performing on work orders; gather components, parts, and tools to complete installation; maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work being performed and educate on use of new system; document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records; complete all tasks in accordance with Trifecta quality and safety standards; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external).

Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image; have an analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven attitude; ability to understand and follow oral and written directions; excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business.
