Precautions We Are Taking to Protect Against the Spread of Coronavirus

At Trifecta Heating & Air Conditioning, we are always vigilant about maintaining the health and safety of our customers and employees. As the situation with COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, continues to unfold, however, we have deemed it prudent to establish even more stringent measures to protect our community. We want our customers to know that we are taking every possible precaution to limit the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to provide vital services.

Our team is monitoring the situation carefully as it continues to evolve, and we are striving to adhere strictly to all guidelines established by the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control. However, this emergency situation does not prevent pressing issues with your heating and AC systems, and we are determined to be there for you when you need us most.

We are taking several above-and-beyond precautionary measures, such as:

• Protective coverings: We will continue to have our technicians wear booties before entering your home and lay down drop cloths around their work area to minimize both mess and contact with your home’s surfaces.

• Maintaining a safe distance: Our friendly technicians would love to shake your hand, but for the time being, we are limiting all direct contact and working to keep the recommended distance between ourselves and our customers or fellow employees.

• Emphasizing employee care: The technicians we employ are passionate and care deeply about giving our customers the service they need, which is why now more than ever we are emphasizing safe practices for our employees. If anyone feels even mildly ill, they are asked to stay home, care for themselves, and see a doctor. We are taking no risks when it comes to the safety of our customers or our fellow employees.

Our team understands that this is a confusing and stressful time for everyone, and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we implement these new safety measures. We know that they may be somewhat inconvenient, but we are committed to doing everything we can to protect our customers and everyone in our community. It is not currently clear how long we will need to maintain this level of stringent restrictions, but we will absolutely communicate any changes to our customers.
